  Great customer service... My original vacuum was having problems. Went to Vac Connection to purchase a new one. They ended up fixing my old one same day. Very Impressed and will definitely return.

  Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars as their customer service is second to none. We purchased a Beam unit just shy of 10 years ago and took it in to see if the unit could be repaired....not only was it repaired the same morning, the parts were covered by warranty! Had this unit been purchased in a big box store we would not have been treated as a valued customer nor would we have received warranty as we did not have our receipt, the Vac Connections took care of everything. Thank you for making our day.

  I visited the Vac Connection for a plastic adapter fitting for a new central vac I'm installing at home. The gentleman didn't have it in stock but made the effort to direct me to his competition in case they had it.
  Although I didn't buy anything from this store, I felt the service was excellent. That's why I rate it a 5 star.

  I’m a little late writing this. About 2 months ago, I was hosting my son’s confirmation. It was a sit down dinner for 20 people.
  One of the last things on my preparation list was a thorough vacuum and wash of my floors. I left this to the day before the party. I barely started vacuuming and my central vaccuum completely died. I was panicked and called the Vac Connection, the same store we originally purchased our vacuum. We bought from them for both our old home and new and they had always been fantastic for all our service needs.
  The gentleman I spoke to that day sensed the panic in my voice, and said to bring the whole canister in right away. My central vacuum is 6 years old and because it came with a fantastic warranty, all my parts were covered. They worked on my vacuum and had it ready before close that day.
  I was so thankful they did this for me.
  Once again, the Vac Connection exceeded all expectations. We are definitely lifelong customers.

  The customer service I received was second to none.
  
  I purchased a home with a central vac system plumbed in but with no equipment. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and talked me through all the options available to me, as well as any additional connections and accessories that I might need.
  
  After about a year of use one of the connections broke. I took it back to the store and they swapped it out for a new one as the part was within the warranty period. They took care of all the paper work and since I purchased my unit through them was able to give me a replacement on the spot with no hassle.
  
  In all fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Vac Connection to anyone looking for a vacuum cleaner or central vac system.
