- Expat in AMS Added 2017-10-06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein dress pants here and they totally fell apart after only 3 wears. I hadn't washed them or anything. Just gently worn.
When I took them back to the store, the manager Ben, agreed that the material was defective and agreed that they are still selling that same style, but refused to give me a refund/exchange/store credit. Who keeps a receipt after wearing an item? I didn't expect the pants to fall apart.
They have lost me as a customer. Horrible customer service!
